Sharkie, She's very good, and seems to be building the sessions extremely safely. I'm not a total beginner though, so I wonder if I'm feeling that because I have a good base of Yoga...

Today was Day 6 for me. Lots of abs, and the way she explained I felt pretty good throughout and managed to get through most of the yoga-style crunches. Struggled with eagle (mentally more than physically I think).

Tomorrow will be tough because I'm teaching and it's a day in London, so I don't get back til 7pm and I'm usually shattered. Just hope I can find my way to me mat. heart

It's not always easy to fit in or find the energy is it? I have however found that some of my most rewarding sessions have been on those days and they have turned out to be exactly what I needed.

I really enjoyed 23 (once dog and teen had left me alone long enough). I came home prepared a pot of soup and did yoga whilst it cooked. I normally do my session in the evening before bed but we were climbing tonight.

I've just read today's email and the run time for tomorrow is 47 mins!! That is a whopper. Run times varying from 18 mins to 33 for the rest. In fact there seem to be a few shorter ones. Ooh and she has ideas for after 31. Exciting :)

I know that I am tired but just the same I did think day 23 was quite challenging. I am off work now for 6 days so will try and do the daily routine as part of my staycation 😃

Sounds good, Brig.

hp, that is exciting. :)

Home from teaching and predictably, I am totally beat. Will attempt a pre-bed mat.

Day 17 done - well chuffed as I successfully attempted the Plough :-) am really getting back into it, and todays "stillness" was tougher than the title suggested :-)

Well done fraggle on your plough. I think I have been deceived by her titles and email too. There was an email which mentioned a blanket but I didn't get a lying around meditating type session I expected.

Day 24 done. It didn't feel like 47 mins. Elephant pose :-o Maybe one day :)

Great stuff, fraggs. I was already familiar with the plough from a very similar Pilates move. Once you are easy with it it can be a beautiful spine un-winder as you roll it back down. Agree about the stillness!

Brig - I also agree about Day 23. I had to skip the final two or three minutes so probably missed the nice relaxing bit at the end!

I still very much see myself as a yoga novice ... but I should admit that I have practiced Pilates for over thirty years (eeeeek!) several of those teaching after a year long, very thorough, teacher training course. Haven't been to any classes for nearly two years but the principles are still very much in my body and the way I move.
