Jess is FAR too big to be allowed anywhere near me when I'm yoga-ing.
She would play Police Dog and pin me to the ground.
I'm a day behind again as I missed the 25th (we went to the pictures as a joint birthday treat) and had to do it yesterday. Like HP and Brig I'm getting better at some balances. As long as I'm not wearing anything too slippery! Some tights are very shiny - fortunately yesterday I was too cold to ever take my jeans off. Not ideal but I got through the twenty minutes.

Ernie has learned to stay out of the way whilst I get on with yoga. He very occasionally comes in for a lick of my face whilst I down dog and then sometimes settles exactly where my feet will land when I step back into plank. Hence his own mat which he is directed to. If I do it later in the evening he is usually happy to snooze.
