It got a good hold of his muzzle and was not for letting go. We are both a bit shaken and he is clearly injured as there are drops of blood on the kitchen floor. He seems otherwise alright but not willing to let us check things out.

My neighbour who is also our dog walker just popped in the see if Ernie is OK. She’s going to take him out with the pack tomorrow to give him a good dog experience
