Reason for posting here is that Tigg was going bonkers as well, so I rushed down to try and keep him quiet. He was actually scared, licking his lips, ears back, tail down etc. Not like him at all. Veg plot decimated, which will not please OH. I do have a wildlife camera outside that picks up the occasional squirrel and bird (never ever seen a hedgehog on the footage, which I find surprising, as I do see one occasionally down the road at nighttime), and I think must have picked up these badgers. I think there were at least two out there so I’ll have a look at the footage a bit later. Hope they don’t make a habit of that as it was very noisy especially at 4am! Tigg is outside at the moment, pacing up and down and around the house, trying to get up into the back garden (which is gated off, to stop him getting up there), nose in the air, sniffing around. He’s not right, and seems very intrigued about whatever was going on, more than usual.
