Been too busy with Oscar (and building work on house) to update, but Oscar is great even if hard work. He and Frankie (8yo Shih Tzu cross) are getting on, although mainly through play fighting!
Oscar's now fully vaccinated so has started exploring the neighbourhood. He's also learning about sticks :)

Our previous springer Ollie had a few GAs for various things and we found as he got older that the GA really affected him for 24/48 hours afterwards. He would seem confused and just not at all with it, whereas as a younger dog he just took it in his stride

Confused or not with it was how Tuss was. It didn’t help that his back legs were quite wobbly still

Poppy behaved like she was a bit drunk after her spay, she would slither off her chair, wobble across the room and stand there looking very confused like she couldn't remember why she had got up; and then go back to sleep.
