Crumbs! (Sorry - I am very sympathetic to both canine and humans on this ;-) ) I can totally imagine (and remember!!) Flossie doing something similar, in her case with a bag of dried fruit.

While I was sitting in the waiting room, chatting to a trustee of Battersea Dogs I recalled Flossie's exploits (and, I think, Wanda more recently)?

Wanda is gold star level at eating what she shouldn't and being carted off to the vets to be made sick. Hope Jet is soon feeling well again.

The vet asked us not to feed him for 24 hours because he still has quite a lot of biscuit in his stomach. Jet is frantically telling Mr that he needs food "NOW". Wailing and howling and pawing and jumping up and making a huge amount of noise. I think it's going to be a long evening!

I hope Jet is fully back to normal now Helegant.

Poor Flossie is very unwell. She was perfectly fine - very chipper, in fact - when we went to son2's yesterday and she had a good game in the park with his two dogs, who she loves. We went out for lunch leaving the three dogs dozing on the sofas. We gave Floss her 'dinner' at three when we got back and within half an hour she was sick and continued to be sick off and on for most of the evening. This morning she won't stand up and doesn't even want to lick some water off my fingers let alone sip from her bowl. We're trying to get hold of a vet but without success at the moment (we're at the seaside and have never needed to use a vet down here before.) Fingers crossed it's just a 24 hour bug, but T's two dogs are both fine so who knows?

Poor Flossie. We have a sick Cooke too. Was quiet yesterday afternoon and was sick twice overnight. He still managed good though.
