The good news is that the vet is confident he got it all out with a big enough margin and the results show that it was a low grade tumour. So assuming that it hadn't already spread (which we don't know for sure but can only hope) then it's good news. Back again in a week's time for the stitches to come out. In the meantime Wanda continues to be a model patient, takes her medication without a fuss, and instead it's us who are climbing the walls because we still worry that if we leave her in the house alone she will find something to stick her head into and damage the stitches, however careful we are, so we seem to be more affected by cabin fever than she is, in that if we go out we can't both go out at the same time!
