Thanks for all your good wishes and thoughts. We collected Wanda yesterday evening and she seemed very happy and bright then but she is much quieter this morning. The vet was happy that he had got all the tumour out which is good. She is on a huge amount of medication and needs to be kept very quiet and calm for a fortnight (we have been given sedatives to give her if needed.) She will need to return to the vets for a check up immediately after Easter. We all feel completely drained, we don't really know what this means long term but she's still here and she's still fighting and we are making the most of that at the moment.

The gentlest of fusses for recovering Wanda, BBL. Here's hoping she's content to snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV over the long weekend like all sane people.
Took our brindled idiot to the neurologist yesterday, it seems we've found the sweet spot for her anti seizure meds. She hasn't had a fit since we upped the dosage, fingers crossed, and her bloods were all fine.

He is still a bit lame AtC, we are still finding the compromise between tightly controlled movement and charging about jumping and spinning in his preferred manner! What has been interesting is his acceptance that he cant take his ball on walks anymore, I expected more tantrums than we have had!
While he has been confined in the house we have been playing catch with his ball while we are both seated; me throwing to him and him bringing it back and putting in my hands. He decided quite quickly that he should throw it back to me so he didn't have to get up with a bit of practice he is now a very competent thrower!
This morning I took him with me to the vet's to collect his supplement prescription and I let him choose a toy from their display. He chose a large, soft ball which he then used to instigate a game of catch with a woman in the waiting room, much to everyone's amazement demonstrating his really quite excellent distance throwing skills! He's such a tart!

Does he throw it with his mouth or his paws?
