There is a group walk on a Monday evening in Ipswich in the same park that parkrun is at, which I keep meaning to take Wanda too (it's a socialisation walk, all on leads) but so far since finding out about it I've been busy every Monday - hopefully I'll manage to get there sometime before the dark evenings arrive and presumably it stops.... !
