I think cycling needs to be played on a bigger grid 😀 Or perhaps a points system of 1 (cycling) 3 (Running) 5 (swimming) would balance it out more? Putting aside the first to log debate. What the game is weighted towards are folks that have a high density of accessible paths / roads / parkland allowing them to gobble up all the squares. It is what it is.
