Thanks GlennR - was a tough to keep up with you this week, my grid is not at home and like you I prefer to avoid moving it as it mucks up the following week... enjoyed your weekend away!

*waves at pedro*

Work and other stuff have seriously got in the way this week. I've finally been able to log something so your lead has been slashed to 100-9 ;-)

The fight back starts here B-)

Wow JCB! Actually I do have a very similar course already saved on my Garmin, but I'm tapering so don't think I'll manage 18 tomorrow.

And I am NOT swimming in the canal! :-)

Still don’t want to risk the knee flaring up by running too soon (maybe Monday morning???) I think I’m going to have to get the bike out. There’s a few squares I could only get by running on the main roads which is not to be recommended.

Love the route JCB, is that 100% coverage?

StuH: That's great! :-) Yes, wasn't sure about swimming in the canal... but the pond/lake might work? 18mi is a big ask during a taper. Are you tapering for a marathon?

Nightjar: Not 100% coverage, unfortunately, though it'd be over 70% of them. Some extra running through the heath might be called for... probably not cyclable? Given the scores in the squares, a run and cycle would flip them easily so it would turn the tide. And definitely give EdJ a bit of scare to see that change! 😂

Sorry if this has been asked before -I have scrolled through the forum and haven't found any mention - but what are the yellow squares with cake in them?
