JCB Jun 2023 4:10pm, 10 Jun 2023 4,222 posts	0 JCB I had a training entry back in 2019 with this: Split Summary === 1) 22.98km - 1:59:49(5:13/km) 1208cal headlamp, but not for too much of it WSW: 102 squares. 19.89km for 102 WSW squares = 5.1282051282 squares/km
