theOtherRichardI looked at the map this morning and could have gone big but decided to just get a few on my normal route to work (give or take one or two extras) so maybe it’s good karma on both on our parts that we got the draw!

That’s weird. Any chance your opponent left the game before the match was over? If not, you really should be on more than 1000 now. Let me know and I can update your ranking.

Lizzle it looks like your opponent withdrew - I've boosted your ranking by 12 points. In theory the withdrawal should trigger a default win for you - but there's obviously a bug somewhere. -- I've been looking at my run from this morning - 60 squares in 6.87 miles, or 8.73 squares per mile. I've realised that I could boost that to 9.23 by chopping off the start and end. So I'd have to walk 0.22 miles before starting my watch; and then stop it 0.15 miles from home. Still hitting the same number of squares but with 0.37 fewer miles. Not sure I can be bothered to do that tbh, but I know how much some of you like badges

Thanks fetcheveryone. That makes sense. He definitely had some squares for some of the match. I'd only just got back into the game so I'm happy to see that my WSW route on Saturday wasn't for nothing

Strategic start points would get the spm stats down, but with the number of monthly/annual mileage comps I'm in with various groups, the distance is more valuable.
