Thanks all glad to know it’s normal. I don’t think I’ve noticed before as my running hadn’t been as consistent or going as well. I’ll just chill for the time being and hopefully get back to ‘normal’ in a couple of weeks.

Gooner, call them you can get them to put a stop on until a date (you choose it) I did it after I had broken collar bone/ ribs. We also did it when we had a holiday overseas in Mexico (those were the days). They were pretty good

Here are the stats for those of you that like that sort of thing
* Blood didn't sink again but my haemoglobin was 139 so I was well over the limit * Donation took 5:59 which I don't think is a PB * Orange squash and Lotus Biscoff biscuits for afters - very nice!
Feel rougher then normal post-donation, think it's been too long a gap and I need to acclimatise again.
