When did you last give blood?

So if it floats it could be because you have too much or too little Hb. I only found out when it sounds like you it didnt sink and had a high Hb count. I had always assumed that float bad, sink good. Not necessarily the case. Still missing the tea afterwards I see, booo. Have fun stay safe

Been out today to do my 5k for a local run challenge and couldn’t face the usual route so opted to loop more local which failed as it wasn’t as far as I’d hoped. But I definitely felt better and got a 3rd fastest ever 5k so cant grumble. It was another 2.4m home which I felt. But massive improvement on last few runs so seems I may be getting there. I didn’t know that about the blood neither, my always sinks as it’s low.
