I only stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards and never eat as I tend to always make a late appointment so I have my tea shortly after, and I feel guilty too. I always take something with me to donate like a 8 pack of mars/crunchie/wispa or a tin of sweets at Christmas. Also biscuits and crisps for those who don’t eat chocolate.

In and out inside 25 minutes.
One orange club and three digestives (one pack) all after.

Hi everyone! I donated for the first time in ages yesterday! I wasn't a runner last time I donated (apparently.. I thought I had been much more recently than they have records for, but I guess time flies!)
Do you think I'll be ok to do a gentle session this afternoon? If I'm careful?

Well done BE: -)
I wouldn't, especially as it was your first for a long time. Maybe just a walk to see how you feel?
