Glad to be able to do my bit. The lady vampire this time explained that my previous 2 attempts in the last couple of months were cancelled due to high stock levels because of lock down... But they were increasing apps again. I cycled yesterday, wow couldn't believe the difference in everything! About to go out for a gentle plod, not expecting great things (never do haha) just hoping to avoid the rain! Thanks for all the great advice everyone, it's so much appreciated xx

Stupid brain! Ran this morning and felt good again, so seems to take me about 3 days to recover, good to know for next time.
