Thank you, I'll take a walk this afternoon, see how I feel. Was suprised how wiped out I felt last night, and got the best night's sleep over had in a long time! Silver linings, to go with the guilt free biscuits 😊

I am so jealous of you all and so proud of you.
I went as soon as I was old enough and was turned away because on epilepsy meds. I was so sad

Similar here Tim, my dad took me with him as soon as he was old enough (he ended up doing 100+ before he stopped).
I managed to donate a few over the years but in recent times being put on meds mean I can’t donate any more. Big thanks all those who do!
For those who are still donating is it a much different experience given the current restrictions?

Tim, ndellar, you’re not alone, I have a good few mates who can’t donate for one reason or another. I’m happy to do it and see it as a privilege. I’m sure that if you’re of that disposition you do good stuff in other ways too.

Well done Em. I go gentle the day after donating and feel sluggish for a couple days. Let yourself recover.
I'm innocent Tue 5. Be interesting to see how they do it. G

I'm in on rather than I'm innocent! I go to Scottish HQ in Edinburgh so wonder how they're set up? Good luck on Thu Linds. G
