Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

When did you last give blood?

I haven't had a tattoo in 6 months for the first time in quite a few years, thanks to a certain new addition to the family taking up all of my spare time and cash. This means I can give blood again so I will book in... as soon as I can remember my login details...

Great stuff, MM. And congratulations, Gooner pram

I'm going to see if I can slip us into a session between our first permitted donation date (28th September) and our first available suitable appointment slots on 14th November.

5 minutes ago. Eating salt and vinegar crisps and wishing everyone had brought their own water bottle and reusable cup.

Yes, I got annoyed by that last time, Katie. Well done on the donation.

Ace KatieB! And good point about the plastic. They could include it in the email - OH found they responded to comments and suggestions. Maybe each donation should count as more if you bring your own cup 😀

Well done Katie. And good reminder. Will take my cup with me and not have to have a disposable one! Need to get into habit of carrying it with. 5 Dec is my earliest. Just looked up when I was banned - 5 Jun. Must remember to eat spinach and/or pop iron pills for a few days before next time! :-) G
