When did you last give blood?

I was unsure whether I would pass their iron count test as my anaemia keeps coming back but I was fine this time. They did nearly knock me back for being too thin and didn't believe me when I told them how much I weigh but were happy enough when I said I'd been lots of times before with no problems and I was fine.

Son of a Pronator Man Jan 2009 3:36pm, 20 Jan 2009 1,275 posts	0 Son of a Pronator Man I got a letter from the blood people yesterday - like I said, they wouldn't take me a few weeks ago because my blood iron was low. The figure was 122 and t'intenet says it should be 132 so I am not to come back for 6 months. I am now taking spatone every day, eating everything iron rich in sight and avoiding magnets. I''ll get my GP to check my blood again in a month and see if my haemoglobin has risen or not.
