Three weeks after my 50th birthday, I arrived at the start, determined to raise some money for Macmillan as a tribute to my friend who had passed away 6 weeks earlier and didn’t get to see me do it. I knew she was watching and I think I did her proud. 5:31 and a few £££

My one and only marathon so far. Hopefully won’t be the last. 6th October 2019... Hope I’ve got the photo numbers right. 🤞
