There’s a lot of criticism of the NHS, some justified, some not. However, my experience yesterday was first rate.

I’ve had a knee niggle for a long while and thought it was time to get medical advice.

Yesterday morning, I completed the online appointment request procedure as I didn’t consider my problem to be urgent.

I received a text yesterday at 1pm with a link to book a face to face appointment.

I was seen at 8:50 this morning, with an onward referral for physio. 🙂

Amazing. We have had v positive experiences recently, too.
