But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Hiya lovely peeps. Thought there might already be one but couldn't find. Prompted by a comment in a blog of someone training for London Marathon for first time (I think) where I said it was "one of my running highlights", which left me thinking, what were the others and ... what are yours?!

:-) London Marathon 2013 - got my PB that I was looking for, had trained hard and got what I wanted, brilliant family support and great Fetchpoint too.
:-) West Highland Way race 2015 - the ultra that I had been building up to for 2 years, got my "B" goal, but was always about more than the time.
:-) Lews Castle parkun, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis 56:10 - first time grandson came round a whole parkrun with me, aged just 5?

Lots more - running with pals, with family, for charity, a few prizes, club runs, running as a team at cross country, mountains with Fetchies, and those early morning runs in the dark or the rain, or sometimes even the sun, when your heart just soars!

So, what are yours? No rules, whatever you want to highlight!!! :-) G
