I thought I would miss eggs and cheese but after two years it’s just something I just don’t think about now. Not trying to directly substitute things works for me, vegan cheese can be ok but it’s not normal cheese.

I'm looking veganary. Have joined the mailing list and have access to the first weeks meal plans. Looks interesting. Planning on trying some of them before January though.

We were in Malaga yesterday doing some last minute shopping and we found a new vegan restaurant. Had a really nice meal 😊
Tonight we have a table booked for a Christmas meal at a local vegan restaurant run by a lovely Polish couple, and the set menu comprises of Polish dishes

It's actually not as rare as I thought it would be. The one where we're having a Christmas meal is just 10 minutes away, there's another in Torre del mar about half an hour away, and at least one in Malaga plus a fair few vegetarian restaurants 😊

There is a couple in Guadamar as well where my brother has an apartment. Although the last time we visited I explained I was vegano and wanted a veg sandwich. If it hadn't been for the Tuna and Egg it would have been perfect.
