I have a treadmill on the way. I wonder if treadmill running contibutes to streaks.
My garden running includes 10 turns per lap and might be anything from 40 to 70 laps if I recall correctly depending on how far I run. So I may have to mix it up as my older body is going to complain soon about 400+ turns a day.
(Incidentally, I ordered this from sportsdirect. They have 4 order stages: 6th April: Order received, 23rd April: both stages of Order in process, and Order processed. Next email, whenever, will be Order collected by courier. Tortuous.)

I despise Sports Direct for so many things. Their attention to customer needs is about on par with Virgin Media. It's all about sales, nothing else.
Potential to be a very good retailer but wasted imho.

(PK - I won't be ordering from them again. I went on twitter to find that lots of unresponded to queries about orders are driving customers to get quite angry. At the time everywhere else seemed to have no treadmill stock)
