flanker 14 Jan 6:43pm, 14 Jan 2024 21,106 posts	0 flanker My legs don't tend to feel the cold, and I hate the restrictive feeling of tights, so the weather has to be both really wet and cold before they come out. 3/4s happen slightly more often, as I find on high ground the cold (wind, mainly) can really stop my quads working.
