It was the Nomad 50 last saturday, rather hot but most survived. I only did a relay leg, but if anything sums up the event and the joys of running it is this photo.

Been following the thames ring in Facebook, looking tough!

Just been through the complex sign in procedure for this weekends race... Wrote my name on the board.



Let's see how many hours / 4 mile laps I can make before I have to cross it off again...

Trackers for the Thames Ring. I have a friend Vicky Yeomans running, but sadly it looks like she will struggle to make the next checkpoint (at 183 miles!)
