Good morning @alehouse hope you enjoy that recovery walk/run. Lyrics - no, I feel like I should know it but it isn't coming to mind. What - just a walk in to town today. Why - taking it a bit easier at the moment. Last hard - races a couple of weekends ago. Last easy - yesterday's run. |

Lyrics of course! Glad you're feeling better Ale! Enjoy getting back to it. Hazel, run in company sounds nice. RFJ, you're doing very well! 10m walk with a little jog from strommess yesterday, knees and feet still not quite right after ultra. But I'm lucky to be able to do it. Funeral in Glasgow of one of my uni friends yesterday, very sad for her family. Today walk/jog, yoga, visiting elderly friend and leaving meal out for ez work colleague, but apprehensive about this since I've been a retired 3 months now.. Have a good day all. |

I'd never heard the original lyrics before now. As most folk, I know the parody only too well!(also transport related) Plan: shortish run, badminton and Pilates. Maybe swim if it fits in. Good to hear that you're on the go again , if tentatively, @alehouse |
