Hiya
Back with the living after a long weekend in Bilbao
Managed a couple of shorter runs but did walk ~13 miles on Saturday and 10 on Sunday. Also saw the finishers of the Bilbao triathlon that took place on Saturday, the finish was about 200m from our hotel!

Looks like there was some racing over the weekend so well done Riggsy, Hazel & Ness, did I miss anyone?

Today - club session, I'm taking the marathon group, 5 or 6 x 600m at 3k pace, 200 recovery
Why - filling in

last rest (from running) - Saturday

last hard - coming back to work...
lyric - not so sure

Oh no - get well soon @ElspethF and I hope it doesn't get you too badly @PeterFay .

Initially thought 5 x 600 doesn't sound too bad @Dustin , then read at 3k pace.. Hmm.

Evening

Lyrics yes and the first few lines have been going around my head most of the day

What
Today was another short one in a mad 36hrs. Got up around 0600hrs Monday morning. Worked Monday night got in at around 0900 and took the car for some work at a specialist garage a couple of miles outside Rotherham. Dropped car off and walked back into Rotherham (via Greggs for breakfast) for bus home. An hour after getting home back on the bus to Rotherham and this time ran back to get the car. By time I had gone into Sheffield and home, had tea etc it was close to 1800hrs and I feel to sleep. Legs felt good on the run.

Why see above

Last hard Sundays race
Last rest Friday

@HazelnutCH not my first sub 1:30 but my first on my favourite half marathon race.
