Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning

Sometimes I am glad I don't have a dog when you have to go out in all weathers with it, but then again I mostly go out to run anyway.

How is the building progressing @alehouse

Enjoy the club run @Derby Tup

What: maybe a run in company
Why: Tuesday
Last hard: Sunday
Last rest: yesterday - it was a proper rest day too

Lyrics: nope!

Afternoon all
Great lyrics but I don't know

Had a drive fof over an hour to sons so they could go watch their son in the Nativity. Their middle daughter has fractured her tibia and will miss it all, so sorry for her but she's keeping quite jolly. Then drive back so not a big run today

What 25 mins with drills etc
Why plan
Last hard that
Last rest 28 12 22

Lyrics, yes!
Wabo, that's a nasty injury. Glad she's being upbeat about it! Granny to the rescue again!
Ale, nice buggy running!
Hazel, hope you get company.
8.2 miles with dodgy knees! It's what can only be described as dreich and cold today. Then yoga, teacher back after being ill for 4 weeks so felt a bit tough!
Hope RFJ is ok!

Afternoon!

Good that you fitted something in, @Wabo, but not wise leg-wise for your granddaughter.

Take care of those knees, @ElspethF ElspethF

What: managed another easy 15 minutes

Why: gradually getting towards the little and often stage.
