In large part the cricket dinner was good: free food (Lancashire hot pot of course, dessert, tea/coffee, a couple of free drinks) but the speakers were second division quality...which Lancashire will be this season. Over 500 there so quite a big operation and must cost the club quite a bit; don't know any other county that does anything similar. There is also free catering at the AGM, presumably to bolster the attendance.

Sounds like a tough session coming up, @Dustin!
