Our solicitor has finally been in touch with us regarding the searches, they received the reports two weeks ago! All good. Meanwhile they have raised a couple of queries regarding the house with the sellers solicitor, hopefully they will respond in short time, I feel that we are making progress at last and am still hopeful for a move before Christmas 🤞
