I am going to list (large) items of our house in readiness for a quote. Our buyer is currently renting but his rental expires on Thursday so he is eager for a date 🤞

We should be exchanging this week with locked in completion date of 7th Jan crossing everything for you and for us

The last 6 months were a whole lot smoother, less stressful and passed more quickly than the 4.5 months from accepting an offer to moving. IOW it’s all worth it in the end x

Rebel Nov 2024 9:00am, 19 Nov 2024 20,189 posts	0 Rebel We exchanged on Friday and complete after over four months of the vendor being very unhelpful. Stressed then. Stressed now trying to sort out utilities etc. Everything seems harder to do at this age. Good luck to those trying to get anywhere.
