Trying to Move House/Flat

Other couple, first time buyers have put in a silly offer which they then increased, however it is still too low, they have asked for a second viewing for Saturday, I think they may increase again 🤞 Meanwhile the original chap that wanted to buy still desperately wants our house and trying to work out if he can afford the mortgage on his own 🤞 We did have another viewing booked for yesterday, they 'forgot' to come.... Sorry you haven't had any interest, hopefully now Christmas is out the way things pick up for you 🤞
