Morning all

Today is bin day so I had jobs to do before riding. Hit the bike late and was just Z1 spinning when the big guy arrived and informed me I was on drinks and biscuits duty for him and his mum.

Obviously I stopped my session and got to work.

I then got blasted, had my arms chopped off, melted in lava and blown up :¬)

Sometimes you need to remember that being fun matters more than the session.

MA - sounds like fun was had PoD :-) always good to get ,belted and blown up first thing in the morning :-)

Mr Frag's covid test came back negative, so we are breathing a sigh of relief. Will get back on the bike for an easy session later, followed by a bit of vanity
