Fraggle - I know the owners and they were doing womans stuff but they couldn't shift it .
They made a big decision to go back to mans only, sad for sure as Verity has a couple of lovely bits of kit from them

Yes Lammo - I like Orange but in a strange way I'm quite understated in my view on patterns etc....

Have zwifted before work and slowly warming back up again
and almost PBd my 1 and 5 min power times which was nice ... if I had known I was so close I would have tried harder!

The worst month ever - 10 days to go. TRO’s January work apocalypse - should be done middle of next week.

February will have to go some to top January 2021, and I think it’s too short, feeble and nondescript to do it. February will thus be better :-) bring it on....
