Yes I see all the Croydon Harrier kidlets practicing their strides - some of those lads are bouncing all over the place, I can only dream of bouncing that high!!
Ok I need to get my guys to bring back drills and strides. I am scared of hurdles.

Boo - we did 400's last night enjoyed that session more than the 800's last time but to honest can't wait until we do 200's!! think I may be much better at the mash dash's!!
