Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lyrics, no, what's new!
Bit of a cheat long run as avoided all the stiles that defeated my knees last time. Still a good amount of trails. 18.6m (30k sounds better).
Tough at the end!
Fine day for it though, cool, very still and lovely views over the water.
Hope poorly folk soon better.

Afternoon!

@ElspethF , sounds a decent long run in any language!

Lyrics: again in the should have/could have brigade.

Good to see you on the daily thread, @Sharkie !

What: 28:40 minutes

Why: MLR! My "long" run this week was 42:xx. I work on the MLR being two thirds to three quarters of the long run, so job done. Am trying not to rush things.

@Wabo , @Night-owl, and anyone else: I had intended to go to LFOTM on the 28th but I think that would currently be a mistake! Would be too tempted to go too hard, I suspect!

Afternoon all!

Sorry, just catching up now.

@HazelnutCH YOU DID WHAT??? That's absolutely mental doing a solo marathon. Blimey!! Respect. That's massive. My only claim to fame is a 38k run years ago because I took a wrong turn and got lost. Last 5k were more of a crawl on all fours :D

I forgot my gels at home and all I had was a small water bottle. Boy, was I dead.

So, my week was

Monday: 10 miles
Tuesday: a little over 5
Yesterday: 10 miles
Today: 5

Snowing right now, so not sure what tomorrow brings.

No to lyrics.

Good evening :)

Lyrics: An educated guess that was correct.

What I meant to do: A hilly loop of just over 10 miles.
What I did: A less committing and less hilly 9.15 mile run.
Why: I'm a devil for talking myself out of stuff.
Last hard: Tuesday.
