I'm not running this year, but doing some cycle support/driving/whatever. My "relief crew" is swimming serpentine tomorrow (12:45) and then driving up to east Norfolk to help with runner support for the remaining stages of the relay. Meanwhile I'll be heading to Dartford to run a half marathon. Such a glamorous life.
