Morning. Sounds like a lovely day Daisy 😄

Let's just say I won't be having a croissant again

Not sure why but am sleeping like a baby here, not waking up till 8am most days.

Weather is pants, so off to go the supermarket this morning

Off to London shortly ready for Swim Serpentine. The water is likely to be bracing as it has dropped to about 16C from 19 last week! Have packed lots of warm clothes, flasks, not water bottle....hoping I won't need it all.

Thanks MM.

Have arrived in Porto. Sunny and warm (27c) and projected to be even warmer on Sunday, run day. Hopefully not before I am done and dusted. Will need to keep hydrated so better keep off the port for now!

Lovely trail run with the Friday group this morning and a slightly choppy swim this morning.
Now treating ourselves to a glass of something sparkling (not water ;-) ) 'cos it's the weekend :-)
