The water is likely to be bracing as it has dropped to about 16C from 19 last week! Have packed lots of warm clothes, flasks, not water bottle....hoping I won't need it all. See you on the other side........

Hopefully not before I am done and dusted. Will need to keep hydrated so better keep off the port for now! Good luck to other runners and racers this weekend.
