My running has been few and far between. Annoyed as I was so ahead of target but now I'll be lucky to reach 700. Must stop beating myself up about it.

Nice, ITG.

I swam again this morning and it was perfect - cool to start with but it didn't take long to get comfortable. I was very pleased with my bargain 'dryrobe-alike', very cosy and though not as capacious as my Swimzi still big enough to change in.

Then I went to the gym class which was much more aerobic/cardio than I do with the PT! I'm still feeling tired now :-)

Our afternoon tea at the Ivy was very good too :-)
