Not much else planned as Cairo sitting probably good with 18 miles training run tomorrow. LD are you on that bus ? A great week ITG & good luck to PWs busy weekend Have a good day folks !

LazyDaisy 14 Sep 1:13pm, 14 Sep 2024 40,709 posts	0 LazyDaisy I did indeed catch the bus CAZ I decided that a run walk, much like TeeBee and I did at the end of the TBC last week, would be what I would enjoy. It was slow but not that slow compared to recent parkruns where I've tried to keep running but then started walking in an ad-hoc way, and I finished feeling fresher than those parkruns. If I can extend the running periods I think this could be my way back to enjoying my running.
