I was RD at parkrun today then did my intervals session.

Got this when my run uploaded


Off for another run later, 60 minutes easy, with a friend who’s wanting to get back into running.

Swim Serpentine done. Water was really cold but bright sunshine helped.

London Classics done now.

Now to get back to some running!
