Also not helped by the fact that other than my active root gels I’ve got no real food in for fuel. I kind of forgot. 🤦🏻‍♀️
MaltDrinker 15 Sep 9:30am, 15 Sep 2024 175 posts	0 MaltDrinker PB for me at Crathes Half yesterday 😊 and DD got a course PB despite just recently having a chest infection - one of the hazards of kids going back to school and bringing home germs again! There were five of us running from Hidden Peak Running, the four in the pic and 5th came 3rd lady in the 5k but couldn't stay after. DQ and I both feel like we have been hit by a bus this morning though! We do live in a beautiful area but that does tend to rack up the hill scores! Very few flat races up here 😩
