I think I remember you saying about your FiL now jda. Vulnerable can mean many things though and isolated is definitely part of that so I think that visiting to provide socially distanced companionship should fall within the rules.

That’s a great graphic. I really don’t see that many people in real life but one is a postie, another a teacher....

Girl finally got her refund for her flight home from New Zealand that was cancelled in April today. Now they know how much she was refunded - it was the unused part of a return ticket - her insurers can decide how much she gets for the flight she then had to book

Too Much Water
Went for a walk after work (had been an awful day)

Approximately 30+ youths (had facial hair etc so presumably over 16, most looked about 20) hanging around in skate park drinking and smoking. One nearly hit me with a bike. When challenging them on watching where they cycle I had 5-6 approach me and tell me to leave if I knew what was good for them.

I didn’t consider I lived in a rough area until now. This sort of thing is clearly how Covid is being spread, youths like them don’t care. Anyway I reported them to police as more than 6 of them plus they’re generally being obnoxious.

I don’t expect the police will do anything as I’m sure that this must be a nightly gathering and no doubt since long before lockdown and people will have complained before. I now no longer want to visit my nearest park and can’t wait to leave this town.
