Hmm cake! Any left? I have seen some great bread you have made @Ocelot Spleens , think in a blog. I can send you the recipe if you like. More bread baking this weekend: tried out sourdough for the first time and need to practice my plaiting skills: The bread is a bit solid but tastes good and is not too hard. You can get rye bread here which you could kill someone with. From the times when bread was baked once a month or so and needed to keep. |

I have a breadmaker Oranj unfortunately gluten free bread isn't anything like the real thing even when made in that.
