Oh, I thought I had posted on here, but apoarently not! Weighed myself on Friday morning: 66.5 kgs. That is 1.5 kgs from my target, but only half a kg from my fluctuation between 64-66 that usually happens. All my clothes fit again, even tighter stuff, which is ace, but I shall keep plugging away at the remaining weight. Slowly slowly...

bought this yesterday as recommended by a Pirate who is an ironman and PT
The book contains loads of really good information on nutrition - I looked at the kindle sample and bought the book before I finished the sample
There is also a cook book which I haven't looked at yet

EvilPixie - I'd hazard a guess the authors are "Mer-kan" then if it has 'savory' food items
Down almost a pound when I hopped on the scales this morning. Also, managed to drag myself out of bed and do another 3ml pre-breakfast walk. It'll never last

I am making progress on my shoulder: had gp appt, been referred for an MRI, had a physio telephone appt, got exercises, seeing her in 3 weeks time... Hopefully I can get back to some semblance of exercise soon!
