Pleasant surprise on the scales this morning after a couple of weeks of not being great with food intake - but I have upped the exercise quite a lot - looks like I've lost half a kilo (min) over the last month. Good motivation for the start of the week!

All the xs from last weekend went fairly easily, I dipped briefly into the next stone down on Friday, but a couple of big evening meals over this weekend have left me 0.1lb above that line again.

Going to make an effort for the next 4 weeks and see how much I can shift whilst still having the energy to get lots of miles in.

AZX - trying to get back to 'normal' routine?
RH - glad to hear the excess didn't hang around. Good luck for the next 4 weeks.

I got my a**e into gear at last this morning and got out for a pre-breakfast 3ml walk - hoping I can get back into that habit.

Have had an up and down week weight-wise but pleased to see this morning that like Rosehip, the excess has gone and I'm back where I was. Onward and downward ..

8 hrs done at the weekend and I even managed not to eat the house just my normal food!

I’m up .7 kg since last Monday but have had a few days of increased sugary carbs. I felt better when I was not eating sugar, so will try and cut them out again.

Sounds like lots of slow and steady losses on here, which is great!
