I am sure you wont be - trust the process.

I have successfully made a smoothie!!! and despite OH making a cheese and ham toastie I stuck with my pre-prepared cous cous salad. It is rather nice.

I've eaten reasonably healthy since 2nd January and have lost what I gained over Christmas.

I now need to start on shifting the weight I gained September-December.
