Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Been looking at my weight over the years. I’m still over a stone lighter than the heaviest recorded on MFP (2016
& I know I went higher I was just stopped recording it) but also 1st heavier than my lightest (June 2021, this was where I massively upped my mileage and was the week before my first 100k ultra) I put a few lb on in the weeks after and settled about 10lb lighter than now. I would like to get back to that

However, the weight I’m at now I’ve maintained +/- since October 2021. So if there’s any truth in your body has a happy weight this may be it.

I bet you were lightest right after 100km ;-)

Lidl have reductions on their proteins shakes etc. currently. Might be easier to buy them, then you don't have the barrier of an extra step to make it. (It might also be cheaper as well.)

@geordiegirl do you take any tablets or vitamins? I’ve started taking creatinine this year so mix that into a drink to take my tablets. Increases fluid intake too!
Why not make shake first thing? Maybe whilst making tea? After cold runs I make my protein shake with half cold half boiling water so have a “hit chocolate” …. Another option for breakfast or pre post run.
My scales say I’ve lost my Christmas weight but I don’t believe it! I’ll wait until I see this a few times before I accept it 😁😂
@hellen how’s it going?

I have the huge tub of protein powder, berries in the freezer and yoghurt in the fridge its just a mind blank at actually doing it.

I will pop into Lidl and have a look for those days I fail. On that note I am off to make it now.
